I have a dilemma here.
We have been using Public folders for years now, for a Vacation Calendar and for Board Room reservations.
We started using IBM MaaS360 a year ago to provide a more secure form of email on our phones, but the dilemma we ran into is you cannot add a "Public Folder" calendar to MaaS360, as it needs to be a "Delegate Calendar".
Because of this, I created "Shared Calendars" in Exchange which come with their own email address, etc and was then able to add them into MaaS360.
with this, we no longer had a reason for our CEO or others to need their email through their native mail app.
The issue we recently came across is people are unable to view the details of the Vacation calendar unless they are grated "Full Access" to the calendar as Exchange 2013 doesn't allow you specify or adjust permissions other than "Full" or not.
