Basic need but I fall over at the time part.
What is needed is a autoreply message to be sent out between 5pm and 9am and over the weekends with a set message.
This needs to be sent to every message, so built in Out of Office is out.
Completely automatic as "people" will forget to turn it on, or argue who's job it is.
I have looked at Transport Rules but this doesn't seem to allow much in terms of reply or time and have looked at the Rules via Outlook but this doesn't have much for time. (I already know about the 'have server reply with template\message' and use that in place of Out of Office for another customer).
Any ideas, suggestions or ideas on how to find staff to do the job we expect and not the on they want? Oh wait, scrap that last one, better men that me have tried and failed on that one. So just the Ideas or suggestions.
