I have an issue where my predecessor setup 2 email addresses per user. emaiLA@example.com was set to the primary email address, emailB@example was the second. Now, I am setting up a policy where the primary email address will be changed to the second email for certain users only. I changed the primary email address to the second, I log in with the original email account, send email which arrives to the recipient as the new primary address (emailB@example.com) but cannot reply to it, outlook states it is not valid. Under EAP, "Set as Reply" is grayed out.
Any suggestions?
