We're getting an email from a service called McQuaig. When the message is sent to our company email (Exchange 2010 using Outlook 2010), the message comes in a barely readable fashion with foreign characters.
When I have the same request come in to an AOL and Yahoo, the message displays correctly. I'm assuming that means the body of the email is in HTML format. Our Outlook is set to read HTML by default. This is the first issue we've had in 2 years. I've made a few adjustments for our privacy; but the message looks like this.

I also use Exchange 2010 at home and had this request sent to me and I receive the same garbage. I wanted to see if there was something out of whack with the company server that wasn't on mine.
I've tried to open the email in both Outlook 2010 and my personal Outlook 2013. Same garbage. Yahoo for me and AOL for the other person comes up perfectly fine.
What setting in Outlook or Exchange 2010 should I look for to allow these emails to come through correctly?
Thanks for your help!
