Deploy GAL to Outlook Contacts

From what I have seen there isn't really a great answer to this and was hoping there was a third party solution available that you could point me to.

I have a smaller org with ~130 employees. We would like to deploy the GAL to everyone’s Outlook contacts. We would also like it to overwrite any existing contacts in the user’s mailbox so that the most current version from the GAL would be in their contacts.

I have created a sudo solution with PowerShell on how to do this but it is relatively manual and doesn’t address the issue with overwriting existing contacts (creates duplicates).

Anyone else found a work around for this?
