We are currently having some issues with Microsoft Office 2010 additonal mailbox sent items folders. We recently upgraded our Exchange and also changed our Outlook clients to run in non cachced mode, previously in run in cached.
Our Partners have two mailboxes, there mainstandard mailbox and a secondary mailbox used for private information. It is highly important that the secondary mailbox only stores it's information within the sent items folder of that mailbox. At the moment, it is saving in both the main standard mailbox and the private mailbox sent items.
Has anybody experienced this before?
Due to the requirements ofour business, our Partners need to have there main mailbox as the default, with the secondary mailbox attached to there Outlook, this cannot be changed due to the business requirements
