I have a strange issue with emails coming in to some of our users. Here is the scenario:
An outside company emails a distribution group on our exchange 2010 server. The email contains a PDF attachment. The email goes through our Barracuda spam filter with no problem. I can check the tracking log explorer on Exchange and I see the message get delivered to the members of the distribution group. Users who are part of the distribution group AND who have blackberries that sync all mail folders, will see this message appear on the blackberry in their Junk folder. Checking Outlook show that there is no message in the Junk folder in Outlook. Those with no Blackberries do not see the message in their Outlook either. There are a total of 4 users in this distribution group. My first thought is that Outlook must be set to delete Junk mail...
