My company wants to prevent double-booking. They said they have had it configured before where if a meeting was being set up, before the email was sent out, a popup would prevent the user from booking during a time when the room was already booked (Not sure what changed, have only been here a few weeks and they never had an IT before. ). At this moment what happens is a small notification (attached) on the email and an email notification rejecting the meeting from the room itself. However my company wants to complete disable double booking from even being attempted. Is this possible?
The way i currently have it set up is:
AutomateProcessing : AutoAccept
AllowConflicts : False
I have also created an actual account for these rooms to be able to go into outlook and enabling
"Automatically accept meeting requests and remove canceled meetings"
