I have a very strange email issue on my hands. There is a user that is only only receiving about 50% of her emails from a particular sender. The sender is sending PDF documents from Quickbooks through Thunderbird to our cloud-hosted anti-spam solution to our Exchange server 2007 to my user's Outlook 2010 client. I started with the Outlook 2010 client and verified that there were no filters in place. While doing this, I noticed that the users mailbox was excessively large so I reduced it from 8GB to under 2GB. Still, she was unable to receive all of the emails from the sender. I checked with the hosted anti-spam and they verified that the emails were passing through the filter properly and sent along to our Exchange server.
