I'm trying to export mailboxes from users who have left the company to PST for archiving purposes.
I'm running Exchange 20037 with Outlook 2010 and I have tried using the Export function to a PST and also the archive function (putting in today's date and ticking include items marked as Do Not Archive).
The problem is the operation only half works. Some emails are left behind in folders and I'm not sure why. I thought it was because they had a flagged task attached to them, so I selected all tasks and deleted and marked as done. I tried running the archive again, it still left these emails behind. They doesn't seem to be any special settings on these emails.
It's very time consuming having to go into each folder, check, then move across manually. Is there any method to archive mail that archives ALL mail regardless of any...
