Exchange 2010 running slow, Users complaining about performance.

Hi All, 

We have exchange 2010 servers with CAS and DAG running over four virtual servers with SAN. Users have been complaining performance issue lately. 

I have already checked local resources and done exchange health check, without much luck. What other steps I can take to troubleshoot this issue?
