The office has an email account that emails information to clients. It used to be set up so that when the account receives an NDR, it gets forwarded to a particular department's distribution group so everyone in it knows the client didn't receive the information. That way, someone from the department can clarify the contact information or send through alternate means as soon as possible.
We upgraded from Exchange 11 to Exchange 13 this year and this setting hasn't been reconfigured.
I googled, but all I could find is articles saying Exchange 2010 doesn't support it.
