Personal Archive and Outlook 2010 Standard

According to MS licensing, the personal archive feature is only available on Outlook on Office Professional Plus 2010 versions, and not the Office 2010 Standard. However, we are seeing the personal archive feature working on a test computer running Office 2010 Standard with an Exchange 2010 server. 

This feature was not working on this test computer until about a week ago. Does anyone know if Microsoft made this feature available on Microsoft Office 2010 Standard as well?
