When attempting to setup up an account on my Outlook 2010, I get back Outlook is unable to determine the settings. I ran the test email autoconfiguration and it is failing on autodiscover. I did this same thing on my laptop and it provided me with the settings; however, the strange part of this is on either machine I still can't create the account, it says that it can't determine the settings. I ran the autodiscover tests on the Microsoft site and everything looked good there. From the Exchange console I ran test-outlookwebservices cmdlet and it looked ok as well. I am stonewalled on this and I hope someone can get me pointed in the right direction to solving this mystery.
