so recently we ran into a big problem with a couple of mailboxes (4 at this moment)
when people try to send a new mail it hangs in the outbox and never gets sent,
resetting the profile fixes it for a day but the problem always returns. we tried the following things to fix this but nothing has worked so far
- new AD account
- recreating the outlook profile
- enable and disable the HTTP connection between our server.
- removing the mailboxes from the outlook
- new roaming profiles.
the only this i can think of is a complete new AD account and Outlook mailbox.
if you guys have anything else to try this with i would gladly hard your idea's since i ran out.
