Exchange OWA error

Hello All

I have an Exchange 2013 server that gives a certificate error on the LAN "You attempted to reach SERVER, but instead you got SERVER.DOMAIN." If I put in SERVER.DOMAIN/OWA I get a 404 error. How do I tell the exchange server and IIS to display pages for SERVER.DOMAIN/OWA
