Being new, I'm stumbling through the learning curve that is workstation imaging. I'm working on getting MDT 2012 up and running, but I need time to figure out the problems and time I don't have. I gotta get all these new laptops and desktops deployed, and get these old machines upgraded to Win7. The guy I replaced left NO documentation. I've never used Acronis before. I've figured out the cloning (got sysprep working on all but my older AMD athlon II's, so I'm migrating those the long way to Win7).
So far all is ok except the Office 2010 activation. After Sysprep /generalize, the systems start up fine. Until I open my test app: Word. It asks me if I want to activate online, I say yes, then it says no, ya gotta call. Why the flock do I need to call? I can't be doing that all day, I have 30 machines to get out!
Any suggestions?
