My company recently upgrade to on-prem Exchange 2016 and we are attempting to modify the quote warning email message. When we go through the Exchange Admin Center (GUI) -> Servers -> Limits -> Customize and attempt to have the quota warning emails go out at a different time (than default) or try to adjust so that it goes out twice per day we get the error message saying "Your request couldn't be complete. Please try again in a few minutes".
I have looked into this a little and it seems like back in Exchange 2010 there was a Powershell command that would allow us to make quota warning email schedule changes but the command has been depreciated in Exchange 2016.
