We recently migrated to Exchange Online. In the past we allowed users of web/mobile only devices to reset their password through the local exchange ECP. After migrating to exchange online, the users can no longer login to ECP, only admins can for management purposes. As far as i'm aware the only way to reset passwords now for non-computer users is to pay for an Azure P1/2 license so they can do it in the exchange online interface.
Has anyone got a better idea? I hate to spend 7 bucks a user per month or whatever it is for guys that just need e-mail. That seems like Microsoft's only option, yes?
