I'm describing business problem I'm facing.
- Exchange 2013 Hyper-V VM on Windows 2016 host at HQ site A (70 Mbps symmetrical fiber WAN connection). This the sole Exchange site where all company users are connected for mail services.
- Company mail organization consists of many shared mailboxes which are quite large (15-20GB) and have a quite extended folder tree (both breadth and depth). All company users have access to one or more shared mailboxes, along to their primary one, and work on them actively (moving mail and traversing along folder tree). Outlook cache mode is enabled for primary mailboxes but DISABLED for all shared mailboxes, because when user A moves a file to a subfolder at one shared mailbox, none other user who has access to the same shared mailbox can see the file even after several days.
