our domain is receiving email from Gmail users.... but it's taking quite some time to receive it.
It often takes a number of hours.
Can you advise where I should start trouble shooting?
I've looked at headers of some of the mails, but it only shows from when it reaches our domain.
We use Exchange 2010, with Outlook 2010 clients, and we use Trustwave for content filtering.
We did get blacklisted in November 2017 for a couple of hours. But nothing since.
Outbound email from our domain to Gmail is fine; it delivers in 10-15 seconds when I've tested it.
