Hey Everyone,
So i am currently running into an issue where I work, we use a Mitel VoIP system, we are slowly trying to implement Advanced UM to users throughout the company. We have it set-up so when a user gets a voicemail they also get an email with an attached .wav file of the voicemail. The problem I am running into is I can't get the email to automatically move to a specified folder no matter the rules I set. However, if I set up a rule and manually run it, it will move the email to the desired folder. Am I missing something on getting this email to automatically move to the desired folder? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
