We have a general mailbox (Acct) is not a shared mailbox, but it's setup to send on behalf of with multiple users. When the users send email from the general mailbox (Acct), the sent email goes to the user's sent item and not Acct's sent item.
We found multiple articles on how to set a copy in the sent item on a shared mailbox, but we couldn't find an article on how to set a copy in the sent item of a general mailbox.
one of the example command we tried and didn't work.
[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Set-Mailbox accounting -MessageCopyForSendOnBehalfEnabled $True
MessageCopyForSendOnBehalfEnabled can only be set on shared mailboxes
Anyone know the correct powershell command?
