First time, here. Thank you all for many good and/or excellent advices.
As mentioned, I'm having trouble with some Exchange 2013 mail clients. My IT predecessor, used to change users name in AD, instead opening new user, or copy/paste existing one.
After changing firewall from USA 2004 to Cisco, I started getting problems only with that users. For example, my manager is using Iphone, and automatic mail sync works now only by hand and only some times.
For other users that have changed user name i even can't setup exchange account on mobile devices. Everyone else mail and account is working fine.
I know that one of solutions is to backup mail, open new users, redirect old one... etc. It worked well while having ISA firewall, what is problem now. Can it be solved without me telling my manager -no mail-s for you until fix-?
