Exchange DB and Stores

Hi Community

We currently have one massive DB where the bulk of our users are sitting.
BUT…Exchange allows us to create multiple stores and DB’s.

I need your POA on how to move forward.
For example, do we stick with the storage groups we have and move users accordingly?

Or create 50 Stores and split them up alphabetically?
