Exchange 2010, SonicWALL ESA, SonicWALL UTM - one user not getting external emai

Hello,

we currently run exchange 2010.

we have a SonicWALL UTM NAT'ing all SMTP traffic onto our SonicWALL ESA which then passes on to our exchange server.

everything is running fine apart for one user (myself). i cannot receive external emails (outbound and internal working ok). i have checked the usual mailbox setting on exchange (mail flow, mail restrictions etc) and everything is ok so im looking more towards the SonicWALL side of it.

i can see inbound SMTP connections on the SonicWALL UTM and can see mail flowing through the SonicWALL ESA from external to recipients in the exchange, just absolutely nothing coming into myself.

i have had several companies do test emails, and one of them also uses SonicWALL ESA and it says my host has accepted the email but i cant see any trace of it at my end?

im just totally lost with it now considering its just myself affected.

any help would be appreciated?
