New receptionist starts tomorrow, and we've half thought this issue out. There is a software that was configured by another receptionist, to work a certain way, and thats the way the company has it. We've reconfigured it once, and it took us a while to figure out how it was configured, how they wanted things, so on and so forth.
The software is also installed, and configured, per AD account. And we are getting a new receptionist tomorrow, and someone elses username was assigned to that computer. Our current receptionist is being promoted to secretary, and will be moved.
Obviously the software has to stay, and I could go through the fun ordeal of re-installing said software, but I thought this was a smarter idea. Rename the current account to "receptionist", and make the secretary a new login. The issue is, the mailbox is assigned to "receptionist" now. I can easily just login to "user" and the "receptionist" mailbox. But thats not ideal.
Is there a way of taking a mailbox, and assigning it to someone else? Take it from user A and give it to user B completely?
