An actual strange one this but is a pain.
Our users are set to use HTTPS to connect to Exchange so this works anywhere. However after first doing on the network they will often phone again when at home or somewhere else to say they can't login.
This is because when the login box comes up it defaults the email address into the username box which won't authenticate.
So the question is, can I make it default to the username domain\firstname lastname or can I make the email address authenticate?
