I am planning to do some maintenance on our second email storage.
This storage group is for archival purposes only. All email delivered to any recipient in the first storage group is forwarded as a copy for compliance reasons.
I need to perform some maintenance on this HDD where the 2nd storage group is located.
If I dismount the 2nd storage group and take the disk offline, what will happen to the mail destined for the archive? Will it queue and deliver once the storage database is back online? Or will is report failures/delayed mail?
