Our email addresses are formatted by last name and first initial, e.g. doej@example.org. We have two users with the same last name and first initial, so for one of them we added the second letter of their first name. Their addresses are smithl@example.org and smithla@example.org.
Recently one of the users, "smithla," received a smartphone on which we've set up her email with the Exchange server. Today we discovered that when she sends an email from her phone, it shows her as the sender but if you hit reply it tries to send your reply to the wrong user (smithl). This only occurs when she sends the email from her phone.
Any ideas or suggestions?
