Hi all,
One of my user's was having a problem with his Outlook profile so I made sure we had a copy of all his archive .pst's, deleted his profile and recreated it. I then added the archive files to his profile and thought that would be that. Now the user is telling me that a lot of his emails from his archive folder have gone missing. He says what he used to do is drag and drop emails from his inbox into his archive folder but now I have attached the .pst to the account they are not there.
Any ideas where they could of gone?
Outlook 2010 Windows 7.
