We are on Exchange 2007 using Outlook 2010. I have a user who's email sometimes just sits in his Outbox. I had him log into OWA and the same thing was happening. His inbox is SMALL, under 20 items. His sent folder is huge, holding 17000 items. Could this cause the problem? I currently have his sent folder archiving to clean it up, but items are still sitting. What would be my next step if that does not repair the issue?
