I have an outlook 2010 account act1 that we use for an executive assistant account. because this position has been changing users on a regular basis I decided to use an alias for the email so I would not have to delete and add a new account every time we got a new executive assistant. This seemed to work for a while however last time I changed the alias I noticed that the "public folders" folder still had the old email IE oldalias@ourdomain.com instead of the new alias. Where does the public address folder get the name it uses? I notice that everybody else has there regular email address as the name on this folder.
