Can't manage Distros from Outlook after installing SP2

Hi,

So after pushing the Office 2010 SP2 users started to complain that they can't manage their distribution lists that they own from Outlook anymore. The error message that they get says: "Changes to the public group membership cannot be saved.  You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object.".  As stated earlier these users own the distros that they are trying to manage so they should have full control.

I have my Exchange hosted with Microsoft Office365 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
