I am wondering if anyone my have come across a similar issue that I am currently facing.
I have exchange server 2013, users are running Outlook 2010, when users tick the "remember my password" option before loging into outlook, the authentication box pops up next time outlook is open prompting users to enter their credential again, even though they had ticked the option to remember them.
I have seen lots of recommendations to create a new .pst profiles, which I did but in vain.
Any ideas?
