I would appreciate any help from someone who may have experience the same problem as I have. Beginning of the year, we upgraded CA ARCserve Backup Manager and all agents to the latest version (currently 16.5 SP1) on our Backup Server.
Having done this, one mailbox fails to be backed up on the Exchange Server 2007 (another server), so after much investigation with CA's help, we were unable to find a solution.
We've gone down the route thinking this was perhaps a corrupted AD account, so we recreated this said account. We've also recreated the mailbox on the Exchange Server but the backup is still refusing to back this mailbox. So more or less we've kind of given up hope until now.
