Spicers,
Once again I have a user that swears she received some emails and dragged them into Outlook 2011 subfolders between june-august 6th of this year only to return the folders only to find them missing. Were a hosted Office365 shop so I naturally would log into the portal and query the time period for the missing messages, export them into a .pst and then import it into the user's Outlook. After further review the user still says the messages aren't there.
The issue took place well before I began here, should I advise the user to contact the senders to have them forward the messages again? They are message with attachments which are important but from an Admin standpoint how far should I support this before I'm just wasting my time and theirs on something that isn't there?
