Hey everyone,
So, we have an employee who has full access to their boss's exchange email via Outlook. Both people are using Outlook 2013 on their desktops and all delegation is set up correctly. The employee is able to view/create/edit folders using Outlook 13 but when she logs into OWA 2010 (we are running exchange 2010) she can ONLY see the inbox and NO subfolders. She cannot see sent items or deleted items either.
Since we use OWA for remote emailing, I tested the Outlook 13 desktop app through our VPN and was able to view the subfolders normally.
Is there some kind of compatibility issue going on here? Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
