This is really driving me crazy, and I've tried everything short of wiping the entire laptop and starting over.
I have a user, that one day stopped receiving emails from office365. His outlook says connect to Microsoft Exchange at the bottom, and he can send emails out from outlook successfully, just not receive them. Webmail works fine, which is what he's been using since this problem started.
I've turned off the firewall, done the autodiscover tests through Microsoft, I even completely uninstalled all of office 2013, deleted the folder, rebooted, and re-installed, twice. Same issue. I was at the end of my rope supporting over the phone, but I finally have the laptop in front of me to figure it out.
