Hi,
i have some outlook 2013 clients who cannot update the OAB. i get the error message: 0x80190194. i have found multiple things on internet but nothing has worked so far. also the fact that this does not seem to be a problem with all my clients is strange.
i have tried:
- recreating profiles
- reinstalling outlook 2013
- replacing outlook 2013 for 2010
- recreate adressbook
- adding .LZX mime type to IIS
- deleting OAB files on client %userprofile%\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\offline address book, when the OAB is recreated the folders are created but remain empty
- turning of cached mode gives access to the updated OAB so they can connect to server
i have clients on win 8.1 and 7 running into this problem, i have more clients with the same config that do not have this problem.
i'm out of ideas so any help is welcome!
