How do you update your distribution group lists?
I have some dynamic distribution groups based off of AD Organizational Units and they work great. However, I also have some distribution groups (like OutsideSales@domain.com) that don't conform to active directory structure. I cant seem to get HR or the applicable manager to let me know when they hire/fire/transfer people.
Who has a clever way to conclude my conundrum?
