Our company runs on Exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2008 r2, it's really far away from best practice since it's a domain controller and exchange server at the same time, it will change someday and don't even bother explaining I should change this right away I know.
But this are the remains of a former IT admin here.
Anyway, yesterday a customer emailed me about something. I didn't actually receive the mail, but I noticed our exchange server did receive it. We have 1 mailbox here that stores all emails we receive and I saw the customer also emailed my colleagues and they did receive it in their mailbox. He got my email address right as well. Today a totally different customer emailed me and again I didn't receive his mail. But once again my colleagues did. The weird part is I receive a lot of other mail but some just don't seem to come...
