This has me totally stumped. I have policies set in place to have devices placed in quarantine so I can approve OS and AS versions. I have 167 users of ActiveSync and haven't had any issue arise even remotely close to this.
This user has an IPhone 5C, using the correct setup information to sync his device he says that on his end, in OWA, he can see the device listed. However on my end, I can't see it from the Admin console and I can't see it when I go to EMC under Manage Mobile Phone. The odd thing is that Manage Mobile phone even shows up but displays empty when I check the select a device window.
