I appreciate any feedback on this issue - as of a few days ago a client has stopped receiving any emails from Hotmail accounts. The interesting thing is it doesn't even hit the server and the sender simply gets a bounce back stating it failed without any error codes.
Sounds like a DNS issue but MX Toolbox show everything is ok.
No other issues with any senders sending to this exchange server besides hotmail.
Any suggestions?
