At the end of May I archived a list of sub-folders (about 20 folders total) for a user, each folder archived into a PST file.
Now user wants to restore one of the folders, when i went to open the PST file (keep in mind the PST files have pretty large size like 2-5MB pst files), Outlook opens the file without error however there are NO EMAILS in the folder. I have ran the SCANPST app that Outlook 2010 offers, and apparently finds a handful errors but states 0 items. Even after repairing the file still no items when opening in Outlook.
I have no idea what to do here. The emails were archived and for an unknown reason were placed in a network drive that was not being backed up. The user has been using non-cached mode so no OST file exists with the emails from previous time, and i have no idea how to recover these emails.
