I have an Exchange 2007 SP3 server running on Server 2003. The D: drive contains the mailbox DataStore, log files, and DataStore Backups. The drive is 253 GB and I only have 18.4 GB or 7.83% free disk space remaining.
Obviously this is way too low for comfort and I will be resolving that but in the very short term I am having trouble determining what the exact amount of free space is required before the "Medium" Back Pressure setting takes affect. I have confirmed that Back Pressure configuration is in place. I've read 3% free space from Exchange 2007 SP1 but I need a confirmation for SP3 since email is extremely vital for my organization.
Can anyone tell me at what percentage of free disk space by default does Back Pressure kick in?
