This is how i delegate access to the calendar in 
Windows Server 2008 R2
Microsoft Exchange 2010
Microsoft Outlook 2010
Via Powershell Command.

Add-MailboxFolderPermission user@dk:\calendar

AccessRights(1): Editor

AccessRights(2):
