I'm running a segregated internal network where some machines on the domain, to include freshly re-imaged computers cannot connect to exchange. All clients are running the same version of Outlook 2010, and I've tried to repair the install, but that did not help. The exchange organization is set up with 2hub transport/client accessand 2MBX with an array and DAG working properly, all running exchange 2010 on 2008R2
-can ping from the affected machines to the array by name and IP successfully.
-resolves name if I type in DNS server's IP in server name and last name in, unchecking cached mode.
-have cleared DNS Cache
-rebooted machine, run gpupdates, deleted/remade profiles.
-disabled firewalls
-always use manual set-up, auto hangs on log-on to server then says cannot connect.
