Let's start with the basics.
I'm an IT Manager for a automotive parts and software company. I'm not an Exchange pro, I only know just enough to take care of creating my users, distribution groups and basic routing. When it comes to back-end admin, forget it.
A few months ago we installed Exchange 2013 in house on a Server 2012 platform. We had a few issues at first, but things have smoothed out, with one exception. I have to reboot every 11 days or mail stops flowing. I don't know why, and I'm not sure where to look. I've tried just restarting services, no good. It has to be a full reboot.
Now that I have exposed my lack of knowledge and understanding of this particular technology, someone show me the ONE checkbox I missed that would have made this all go away.
