We have a few instances of email's just disappearing out of users inboxes. Our users are using Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010 on either terminal servers or Windows 7 32 bit desktops. These emails aren't deleted (if you log into OWA they are still there). They are just gone from outlook.
What we have tried so far:
Change the view settings
Disable all add-ins and then reboot.
No cached Exchange.
There seems to be a lot of chatter around the web about this issue, but no one seems to have nailed it down. So I turn to my fellow spiceheads for help.
